Generally when people talk about moderate "Islamic Nations" (I refer to nations that have a predominantly Islamic population as opposed to ones that are an Islamic theocracy as Iran is) Turkey, Jordan or even Indonesia seem to come up more often then Egypt or Saudi Arabia. Of course they don't quite let Islamic law in as much.
Note I am not commenting on the nature of those nations just that when such things are discussed they seem to be nations noted for moving in a more "promising, moderate direction".

Oh? Or do you mean they support Nazis because Nazis were anti-Jewish? There was more to Nazis then just that, and National Socialism as practiced in Nazi Germany would not have been beneficial for Islam, just like it would have not been beneficial for anybody different. In fact it would likely have been bad for predominantly Islamic nations at the time.
But then Neo-Nazis are often stupid in there views. Islamic Neo-Nazis should be no different from any other kind of Neo-Nazi.

But along with Iran and Pakistan, Saudi Arabia is one of the least liberal.
