No. You don't argue what Islam is, you argue what specific Muslims are doing wrong and bash anyone you can in the process. Your flaw is, the actions of a minority of Muslims aren't Islam.
What I'm arguing is how Islam is being misapplied and how that creates roblems, especially for Muslims. These problems are not a Muslim or Islamic problem, its primairly a socio-economic/political problem.
People can ignore religious texts. Every religion in the world does so, especially Abrahamic religions.
The reactionary's in this thread seem bent on burning the religion alive, which is as about as mature as Nazism. Just as bad as those who support it to the point where they see no flaw in the religion.
