You cannot really compare between Buddah with Muhammed ..Mohamed was responsible for establishing an Islamic state and spread the message with good philosophy....Buddah on the other hand was setting in the Jungle away from his family with all this philosophy he had , cursing women and regarded them as a matter of lust , living a misery life ..with all due respect to him but he encouraged the Laziness , blaming and relying on the fate and turning to a monk ..thats nonsense ...Actually , there is no balance between the human needs .

Buddha started by saying that women would not receive enlightenment, but he, in his later years, realized the error of his ways and in the Lotus Sutra proclaimed that women will gain enlightenment. He was the first religious leader to allow women as nuns into his order of monks.
