Well if it happened ON PANEL then it clearly isn't so, since writers aren't comic book characters.

The Spectre has shown the ability to do EVERY single thing the LT can do. Haven't you been reading Journey into mystery? Or haven't you read where the spectre held the Presences' creation in his hand and controled every fascit of reality? This is why the Spectre is equal to The LT. and Michael is simply beyond that.

I am still more pwoerful than him🙂 Cause he is fictional and is only stronger than me cause i wants him to😉 I can just make him weaker again🙂 Because TOAA would represent me, TOAA would be the upper limit for a fictional character

If you were a writer TOAA would still be above you. Because TOAA is ALL of Marvel, not just one employee.

TOAA isn't a character, it's another name for Marvel (The corporation).
