nothings proven, the only things that are half proven are that Makai is not a spheratrical planet thats all thats proven, you simply state them as proven

its been proven nothing more than a floating landmass, even if it is the dimension itself, its still a floating landmass, it has not been proven to be anything other than the land and the ocean around it

Kains time powers in canon however are simply unkown, we just know that in-game he slows time to a crawl, while speeding himself up.
