Heroes that are >> Surfer

Which heroes can you think of, that are flatout more powerful than classic Surfer?

No special versions please, like Ion or Parallax or Superman Prime.

I'll call Dr. Fate and Dr.Strange, just to force the mind to work...

No version of Supes would win. Still too easy for Surfer to exploit his weaknesses via different-waved energy blasts.

Maybe Majestic though. He's Supes minus any tangible weakness.

The thread starter asked who was straight-up more powerful. The Surfer would likely take a majority over most of the characters you mentioned.

True, but I said as much in my post.

It's hard because once you get into "4/10, 7/10" etc. scenarios, there's so much difference of opinion that it's hard to say. My list would be very different from many others.

So yeah, a lot of those are close, and they could go either way. But trying to weed it down more than that would be difficult, at best.

The Green Lanterns are iffy. Strange is a definite no. But Surfer takes Thor for a majority.
