Nova Corps is what I meant, but I'm sure you already knew that.

Back to the point at hand, Fallen one can potentially defeat Surfer for the majority according to the Nova Corps.

I don't doubt you, or anything, I just have happened to notice that the Nova Corps have the Fallen one rated as a galactic threat, while the Surfer is a universal one...

Solar Man of the Atom and he would beat him easily.
Vartox easily as he used to kick precrisis supes butt.

You ignore that the very same files state the Surfer is at a higher threat level than the Fallen one.

ga·lac·tic - Of or relating to a galaxy.

Galaxy > The World

If you want to look at Galactic astronomy, it encompasses all galaxies which means it equals the universe.

Well initially I did want to go by feats, which is the reason I believed Thor to be superior to Sentry but hey this is just fine.
