Fallen One, considering his infinite power reserves can potentially defeat Surfer. He was also speculated by the Nova Corps to be Galactus most powerful herald.

Thor has already defeatd Surfer a couple times, Surfer even stated on panel that Thor is the more powerful of the two.

Nay top tier GL can potentially defeat Surfer.

Current Nova may be able to defeat Surfer.

I don't see why people are often so uncertain at the idea of some of the most impressive GLs ever being able to beat Surfer one-on-one.

Potentially beat the surfer, and pwn him, it's two different thing.

The Surfers biggest problem was his nobility. He never really wants to hurt anyone that bad and therefore he has some low showings. Now that is gone, so he may be an absolute beast. I'd say that the heroes that can take him would be:

Dr. Strange
Dr. Fate
Sentry possibly(would love to see these two battle)

No Flash could ever take the Surfer.

KMC Wolverine
KMC Flash

They can all destroy Surfer....

Its not about who can possibly beat him.

Its about who's flat out more powerful than Surfer.

And to Souja, Surfer has admitted that Mjnollir trumps him, not Thor.
