I go on murder spree's every now and again, but i will load the game when i die. It's also not as fun to go on rampages in this one. Maybe because of the driving or the new wanted system, but it feels like a nuisance to escape the police and not fun. If the writing and environment weren't so immersive i wouldnt be playing this game
The most annoying thing about escaping from the police in this game is that your stars might be blinking and about to go away and all of a sudden a group of cars appear out of nowhere. Still, after that bank heist I'm not too concerned with losing money since I just do those jobs for Brucie if I want to build it back up or I'll fight people and take whatever money they may have had.

the police wanted levels also seem to be a bit strangely dished out...if you shoot a cop in the head from behind, you get a 1 star wanted level...but if you punch a civilian in front of the police...you get a 1 star wanted level...then the police try to arrest you and you run away...and it goes up to 2 and they start shooting at you
i do like the way they come after you in buildings though...i tried to hole myself up in the bowling alley after i killed everyone in it....took cover behind a wall and faced the door...eventually, after they got sick of me killing loads of them popping their heads around the door they just stormed in en masse and blew me away...it was hilarious 😆

I hid for about five minutes in a hospital and they couldn't find me. I had killed everyone there and they still hadn't gotten there. I hid for a while, then after I got tired of hiding I popped one of the officers in the back.
Also, I hate how you get two stars from running from an officer, that's one of the most annoying things about the game.

yeah, i hate that appearing out of no where crap. I miss just avoiding being seen by the police for a few minutes. With as immersive and beautifully constructed Liberty City is. I think it would have been much much better if you could actually hide from the police as well as drive to another area to escape them. This would have given people initiative to explore the city. Other than some multiplayer and curiosity. I have not explored much of the city. I am nearly done with the game and im sure there are many area's i have never been, however, i do not care. This is much unlike the other gta games where I went everywhere on those maps, partly because i was just running and hiding from the police. Now, i just drive 50 feet and park my car outside of a radar circle and wait, it's stupid and the driving is almost as annoying as the wanted system. BEing forced to have to drive a car when i have a wanted system only adds to the frustration.
