i already said it

Nobody listens to you.

Spoiler:
I decided to kill Derrick but only because you don't get anything from him for killing Francis. Plus, he was annoying as hell.

different ending when you do that

i assumed so... havent played much lately, but got in a good spell the last two days, so i'm on the last mission now...

I'm about 60% of the way through the game (may be a little more. As much as I play the game I actually only have about 79 hours of total gameplay.

Btw, I just want to know,

Spoiler:
do you have to eventually kill Ray?

79 hours...REALLY? Do you play online or goof around a lot?

I goof around a lot. I tend to get into a lot of shoot outs with the police and do a lot of activities with other characters. But, my brother bought the game and he's played it a little (not as much as me). I'd say that his total play time for the game is, at the most, 10 hours but still, most of that time is from me playing. I play the game everyday.

I'm around 35 hours and I'm starting to get bored.

I dont even bother with hanging with friends and dating because it gets old very quickly.

I just got the Stevie car missions and I have been doing that lately. Kinda of reminded me of the Vice City missions.

I'm surprised that there isnt more stuff to do. SA and Vice had alot more stuff to do.

I don't think so. While SA was highly entertaining, I'd say that GTA IV has the most activities available for us to do in the series yet. Personally, I like going bowling and going to the strip club, those are the best activities.

So I'm borrowing this for as long as I need it from a friend of mine this weekend. After the good-but-not-great Assassin's Creed, and failing to begin Mass Effect for a while, I'm excited to get back on the horse.

Mass Effect is next, btw. Didn't give up entirely, just didn't have the time.

I hope that you enjoy the game, I know I'm enjoying it.

Not really.

All you can do in terms of activities is bowl, darts and pool.

Strip club, comedy club and caberat club are just cutscenes.

Other than that, you cant get into a taxi and pick up fares (well with Roman's car, but you need a car from him to do it, and I think it only works before you get to Bohan), you cant drive hookers around, or do ambulance missions.

There is a car jack, assassinations and vigilant missions, but those all have been in previous games (outside of the police ones).

not to mention that that SA had going to the gym to alter your physique (or eating loads to make you fat)

lowrider competitions
car modifications
a wider range of races (eg, off road bikes)
flying in planes
parachuting
the ability to make money from property
dancing
betting on horses at the bookies

although the "hanging with friends" part is apparently important for unlocking stuff cause if you end the game with all of them at more that 95% satisfied then you get something as well as going toward 100%

for example if you get jacob's friendship level up then he will drive to wherever you are and sell you guns at a discounted rate

packie will send a car bomb to wherever you want

dwayne sends some of his friends along on missions to help you out on the more difficult ones

This game has a lot to do, but there could've been more they could've added to the game. I never really cared for altering your physique but if it were to be modified and made better, I wouldn't mind it making a return to the GTA games.

Hey I need some help

Spoiler:
I'm on the mission where you pick between working with Dimitri or killing him
I'm thinking about going with the latter but I'd like to know benefits of doing either one before I decide.

I like the idea of hanging with friends, but I just wish they provided a few more activities to make it less repetitive. 3 of them is not enough considering they constantly call you, or text message you.
