hm. is see it.
interesting I looked at the back of my "soul caliber 4" case and it had that "content download" too. *so vader is coming. or someone else is. no official word yet on whom it is though.
but I wonder what "tfu" dl content'll be or when it'll be available. (research time..)
Hopefully they'll allow you to use more of the characters via codes. Kinda sucks that the other versions have more options.
Yes, I want to play as Shaak Ti.
Hopefully they'll patch the damn game soon, too.

Didnt most the people on the TFU team(and Lucasarts in general) get fired? That may affect downloads.
This is true. Which sucks.

Well aside from that fighting games usually have patches to nerf and/or balance chaacters, mechanics, etc. It's already been confirmed that a patch for the fighting mechanics will be out soon for SC4.

Maybe a bonus level or outfit.. extra achievements etc.
My brother got the Wii version and I played through the TIE Factory level.
The difference in production values is incredible. The Wii version looks like an early GC game, the cutscenes are not nearly as good, there's even differences in the acting at some points even though some lines are used in the 360/PS3 version as well.
The combat is also iffier as far as precision goes, but it is somehow fun. Though if anything the level design is even more linear. The TIE factory is just about literally room, hall, room, hall, room, hall, until you reach the boss.
Anyone who knows me knows graphics are not a huge point for me, but in comparion the Wii version really does look absolutely horrible.

Balance is an issue. i forgot to mention that to scythe. Not something that i think ruins the game wholly cause it's not a constant bother, for me, at least, but it could use a little tweaking. A tolerable percent of the time I swear i land some good hits that connect with no damage happening, with the sword going completely through an opponent, mostly he's/she's while getting up, while at other times those same moves would do damage. And ring out gets suspect sometimes. If those issue get fixed "real well" we could have ourselves the "Perfect Fighting Game".
Already no one does it better than sc4. my fav fighting game since like "street fighter 2 SE" and then "tekken" 2 and 3.
Well I was wrong about the DLC....
Can't get enough of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed? LucasArts has you covered. The latest addition to the Star Wars universe will see two rounds of downloadable content before the end of the year on Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network. The first available download will feature additional costumes and character models for use in the single-player campaign, including Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ki-Adi-Mundi, and Kit Fisto. The second round, due later this year, will include a new single-player mission, set in the Jedi Temple on the planet Coruscant. The Secret Apprentice turns to the Jedi Temple to learn more about his father, and "while searching through the rubble of the destroyed building he must confront his inner demons," LucasArts said in a news release announcing the upcoming content.
The company hasn't announced pricing or timing yet for the two downloads.
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed tells the story of Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice and has become a huge hit for LucasArts, selling more than 1.5 million copies worldwide in its first week on the market.
