Even now that I think Apocalypse defeats Magneto, if he transferred his essence into Stryfe, even you couldn't argue that Magneto would then stand a chance against Apocalypse.

He was eventually defeated by Cable and X-Force and was last seen being dragged away by Apocalypse to fulfill his destiny: to become the next vessel for Apocalypse's soul.

When is it coming out?

I think some are confused, X-Factor Forever is not canon to the 616 universe. It's a seperate universe and the story begins where the original "X-Factor" run left off.

I just picked up "X-Factor Forever #1". It features Louise Simonson's own take on Apocalypse's origin.

Interesting... I guess he could have plenty different origins when you think about it, but I think I like this one most.

Too bad the art is crappy.

IGN.com just posted an interview from C2E2 with Rick Remender about Wolverine and X-Force and he mentions Apoc. having a big role in it. 😄
