Meh, Wolverine certainly isn't street level.
Maybe we have different definitions of street level.
He has street level strength, speed, and skill - nothing cosmic about any of that.
But his healing factor alone gives him the ability to hang in a class of people WAY above him. Combined with the claws that ignore the laws of pressure and density, Wolverine can pretty much take any brick there is at least 50/50. Lest that brick has a healing factor himself, or is incredibly fast, that is.
