A little spoiler for the games ending...http://www.gamespot.com/xbox360/action/starwars2007/news.html?sid=6191079&tag=newlyadded;title;2

^ actually that spoiler isnt for the game's ending. But has any1 heard anything about multiplayer as far as I know there wont be any.

I know there will be multiplayer for the Wii version. I don't know about the rest.

OMG I WANT MULTIPLAYER I WILL BE PISSED TO GUESS WHERE IF THEY DONT HAVE MULTIPLAYER FOR PC!!!

So, bumping the thread.

What do you people think about the new quote Ivalice provided? About the Apprentice having the potential to be the most powerful ever?

It's from Blackman - hardly a 'canon' source, and clearly wrong.

That's my thought, precisely.

But I don't doubt Lucas would be willing to screw SW a little bit more.

I'm glad you see it that way.

@ F*ck lucasarts for not bringing this to pc but to a watered down ps2.

The apprentice has the potential to be the most powerful force user ever.

Just shows how worthless 'potential' is.

Except he doesnt have that potential because they guy who said it has no canon authority.

Even better.

Potential is next to meaningless.

Hell, look at Anakin!

If you don't really know what you're talking about, please don't talk. You just make yourself seem like a fool.

The term potential defines how far can you take your Force abilities; your limit, if you will. If someone has a low potential, he won't ever be stronger than a character with a higher potential, ever, once both reach their limit.
Also, the person with lower potential will obviously reach his limit far quickly than the person with a higher potential.

As to your Anakin comment... Are you kidding? Darth Vader is considered to be one of the most powerful Sith Lords ever. Even after ROTS, Vader is stated to be 80% of Sidious; enough to crush the majority of the Jedi before him.

I think that you are taking this a tad seriously.

This is a Star Wars forum.

Yes i know and the idiot producers excuse for not making it for pc is that "Oh a $4000 PC can handle the game but lower end to mid range PC's can't and we don't want them to have a "watered" down experience".

The funny thing is a PC with a single 8800GT(which can handle every game and even mass effect, call of duty 4) and a core 2 duo which costs merely $1000 or slightly more is already more powerful than a ps3 and an 360.

And talking about not wanting fans to get a "watered down experience". Hell they are making it for the ps2 which is already "watered down" as it cannot support Euphoria.

Cameron suey is a fu&king idiot.

"merely $1000".

😐

I don't know what country you're from... but it shouldn't matter. $1000 really is a lot of money.

And a more powerful video card leads to a more powerful power supply, and RAM to handle it, as well as the processor. You can easily spend 1600 dollars at least, and while that isn't a lot in the long run, it's a hard pill to swallow for many people to buy it all at once. And that's why Console's will have the edge over PC's whe nit comes to the casual gamer, and the common people. I have a sexed out PC because I'm a PC nerd, and it cost me about three grand to get it all set-up and fully upgraded. I bought my 360 for $400 and I haven't had to buy a single upgrade for it yet... on top of that, all the parts are already installed nice and neatly and it's graphics capabilities aren't so much weaker than a PC's that the normal gamer will notice the differences.

So... I guess they don't see the point in making the game for a system that only 20% of people who actually own the system will be able to play. The PS2 is still beating the Wii, 360, and Wii in monthly sales and the majority of gamers have one, so it'll make money on a PS2.
