What about it. Why would Frank capture him in a cage or net when it can oooze through it.....

I dindt break any rules what the **** are you talking about i created a possible scenerio.

Are you kidding me?

"Frank will find a way" is a bias argument just like "He's cooler so he wins!"

And there's a rule against biased arguments.

So tell me. HOW is he going to do it? All your explination is is that he will, and then you use an equivication fallacy as support.

Inst that basic knowledge.

Basic Knowledge
Each side receives basic knowledge of the other. A good measure of this would be what the general population of the character's homeworld knows. For example, that Superman has a weakness to Kryptonite is general knowledge, but that he's Clark Kent is not.

The general population of the T-1000's homeword, whether in the present or the future, doesn't even know the T-1000 exists. Much less any of his 'abilities.'

I agve examples of people hes captured! Even if you dont agree the whole bloody point is that if he captured a enhanced MA with HF, defeated a group of Cyborgs an alien symbiote with superhuman strength and durability and speed that was an explanation.

I dindt say hes Punisher and leave it at that I gave EXAMPLES of feats

Hes ****ed.....hey wait a minute but wouldnt that be an excpetion. I mean if thats the case that means he doesnt get any knowledge at all, buit the rule stipulates that they must have basic knowledge.

No its not basic knowledge... very few people were even aware it existed... let alone that it could ooze.

Well anyway we dont know enough about the T-1000 to decide what we can do with it or not. If we did it would be another matter.
So how can you say what would happen if we don't know?

Hes ****ed.

That mean absolutely DICK to the T-1000!

He can capture a bunch of people that cannot ooze through anything but something that is absolutely air tight.

Not to mention that the Terminator can stab and pry through steel.

Hmmm.

I beat up a toddler! That means I can beat you up!

Its equivocation(a logical fallacy). T-1000 is not any of the characters you mentioned.

No it wasn't, that was an equivocation with an ABC argument.

All logical fallacy. Not a single part of it was valid.

Which are invalid examples.

if basic knowledge is 0 then you recieve 0
If basic knowledge is a full detailed report then you'd get a full detailed report.

Get it? If you want the zero you can have the zero, but just accept the fact that it's zero.

That doesnt change the fcat its not a baised argument if I gave examples of feats.

OK well does Cap get the basic knowdge thet everybody has when he fights Spiderman?

Exactly. He doesn't get any knowledge. He's told he has to 'hunt and kill' A T-1000 terminator.

He doesn't know what a T-1000 is, what it's capable of, what it might look like, what it might be weak to, whether it's an alien, a robot, a human, a dog, a cat, or an avatar of the living friggin tribunal.

....

So...

How likely is that acid scenario, again?

Basic knowledge doesn't REMOVE prior experience. It's added to it.

Doom knows nothing of Superman, but since the general populace knows he's an alien that is weak to kryptonite, Doom gets similar information.

However, when Spiderman fights Venom on the board, though the general populace doesn't know of his sonic weakness, Spiderman DOES. That knowledge, that experience, isn't REMOVED.

Yeah but then it could be argued that Cap would get basic knowledge when fighting Spiderman but he doesnt...meh....ah...

Not likey but thats because we dont know what its made of. If it was vulnerable to acid it could work.

My demonstration assumed that it WAS vulnerable to acid.

Of which frank would still have to guess which one - almost impossible.

He'd have to catch the terminator - almost impossible.

He'd have to keep the terminator submerged for a LONG time - almost impossible.

And he'd have to do all of this while not being killed - most certainly impossible.

The Terminator still wins here, 10/10.

Well not its not looking good. The other problem is that we dont know if its made out of ferrous metals. So there is no way of detecting it either.

Frank loses 10/10. In this case I admit im wrong but I think thats due toi the grey areas of what the T-1000 is made of.

This is the rule I'm talking about, and why I call them biased arguments:

"No Bias Claims
"Batman can beat Thor because he's cooler!" That's an example of how not to debate. We would like to see the rationale behind any claims that one character can beat the other rather than a claim based on popularity and subjective bias.
Also, we insist that all claims be backed up by evidence from canon sources. If you claim that Spiderman is stronger than Superman, then you have to prove it."

Cap usually gets more because he's one of those few people that are in the know. He's met spiderman and fought beside him before.

But someone from another reality is actually given the knowledge that joe shmoe on the street is for these fights.

We the readers have more knowledge than any of the characters in the stories have.

Yeah I don't give a fuck.. that's why I'm responding to you. 🙄

Great arguments, and very solid reasoning, right up there with your usual standards... Oh wait... the last one was true though. 😄

Well, regardless of exactly why you're backing out, you were a big man in this case. I commend you, and hope you'll consider not being such a douche to me in the future. 🙂.

Ok....will you consider not treating me like a douche as well? 😐

I only reason why im a douche to you is because you treat me like one. Thats why I never have beef with Hercules he always keeps it civil regardless of whos right or wrong.
