Yeah.....how about we get back on topic which is Assassin's Creed.

I actually really liked the events that happened when you first start playing the games before you reach the cities.

Those actually put you in unique situations. With the whole cave thing and then when they come and try and take over and we do that big dive thing and then we come up behind then and smash open the tower or whatever and let the rocks fall down on them.

I wish the game had kept things like that in it and changed it up a bit here and there.

Still love the game though.

Anata wa wakarimasu ka.....

Yep. Biggest complaint.

So in the end, too few scripted events?

Yeah.

It's not even scripted events, it's just something different. Or scripted missions.

I got AC for one of my xmas gifts, I like it overall, but I've only completed one assassination and I have the feeling it's going to be the same thing over and over again. Go to a city, rescue citizens, climb viewpoints, assassinate targets, return to the master.

I just got this game today and it is a lot of fun, no complaints so far.

And wow, there is nothing wrong with Halo, I love Halo, and Assassin's Creed...and COD4...and Bioshock.

I just got the game too, controls are... interesting, to say the least; gonna take a while to get used to them.

You get used to the controls pretty quickly. I mostly only have any problems because I'm still not entirely used to the button layout on the controller itself.

Amazing graphics, too. Not a big fan of the whole

Spoiler:
present day
thing, though.

I give credit to the controls. There pretty damn nifty and unusual.

I have problem and its probably me is that when you go into to fight somebody you have to hit RT, but then hit LT and then if you need to leave, you have to hit RT again. It's kinda of confusing for me because I just want to run away. Maybe because Im so used to hitting a button that locks onto somebody and when you let go, the locked on disengages.

I believe there's an option to change the lock-on to hold instead of toggle. May help you out.

I got that too, but like Lana said, you get used to them, and then it gets nice and fluid like.

The game is great. The story line is AMAZING.

yeah, i could do without that to be honest...

Well, I traded this game in for about 22 bucks. I couldnt finish it. I got so bored near the end.

So I'm hoping that the sequel fixes the serious flaws of this game but could somebody be really nice to tell me the ending of the game?

I found out the the

Spoiler:
Templers are behind the imprisonment of the modern dude and that the assassins are trying to get him back, I was at the 8th assassination

Thanks in advance.

Well, here I have two youtube vids that show the ending, and some quick explanation:

Spoiler:
During the game you find out that your master in Masyaf is the true evil mastermind behind all the Templars, and you have all along been doing his dirtywork, so that he would be the only one who knew of the Artifact (forgot its name, something with Eden). The Artifact has the ability to bend every human who is nearby to the will of the person who has the Artifact, basically he wants to be ruler of the World. So in the end there is a showdown between you and him, After the fight the present day scientists are able to use the Eden to locate where all the other Artifacts are located on Earth. Watch the two youtube vids:

Both videos contain major plot spoilers

They ending of the first one overlaps the start of the second one.

Also, there is a lot of speculation of the stuff at the ending that can be worth reading here: http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=175552

There's a lot of interesting plot being told through e-mails, especially the classified ones, that I haven't been able to locate here. Among other things we have heard about

Spoiler:
other subjects like Desmond, some have used the Animus too much and have gotten their identity mixed with their Ancestors, we also heard about one who had a "ship" of sorts that could time-travel, and so on

Thanks alot.

Probably would of been cool to watch that but well, I couldnt take it anymore.

Boy, reading that stuff sure cleared up one of the most confusing endings I've ever had the pleasure of reaching. Now I'd almost have Ubisoft working on Assassin's Creed 2 more than Prince of Persia 4.

Hopefully they fix all the problems with it.

But I think they will because I'm speculating that they spent all thier resources on the engine and look of the game.

Hopefully the next game is something other than one mission repeated nine times. There really is no excuse for the lazy repetition in this game.
