Superman is consistently portrayed as equal in strength to captain Marvel. Superman is in more stories than Marvel that doesn't make him suddenly stronger. 🙂

I am saying a greater number of appearances tends to mean a higher number of feats including strength feats. Superman is a peer to Marvel in strength Thanos is not. He's on a much higher level.

Anyway this thread pertains to Darkseid vs. Thanos. Who do you feel wins ?

As for Darkseid vs. Thanos, it depends on what Darkseid you're using. Thanos would probably beat most Darkseid versions (avatars).

How about a weaker Superman than today hit Lobo (who weighs 1600lb) into space with casual ease through a highly durable alien spacecraft like a bullet through paper. This feat takes an astronomical amount more force than simply hitting someone to space.

Superman first started going through this power increase 1 month before HP DD arc and it ended well after the HP DD arc. That means the Lobo feat can be applied to HP Superman.

IMO, Thanos from TI<<Thanos from other showings

Also Thanos will lose to the OE with ease.
