Superman first started going through this power increase 1 month before HP DD arc and it ended well after the HP DD arc. That means the Lobo feat can be applied to HP Superman.

Superman was amped when he hit Lobo like that. Read the comic. He was even shock that he did it and later on, he became Hulk like. What else ya got?

Actually, i think a case might be made there, i mean, a weaker drax was defeated by both, and afro magus is faaaar more powerful than the one lord mar-vell killed.

Without factoring in the fact that New Thanos won't stay dead it's not entirely clear imo

Unlike other people in comics, Thanos doesn't have a time where he inexplicably weaker. He has very little low showings, and he keeps getting powerups. There is no reason to think he's lesser.

It'd be like saying Current Superman before the reboot is weaker than Superman from say 5 years ago.

By showings maybe (and that would only be from lack of showings), but the Thanos that fought Magus is the weakest Thanos, and he still gave Magus a good fight. Powerup from Death, then maybe some random powerups, then life assuring wishes from HOTU, and then another powerup from Death in Thanos Imperative. Thanos from TI is the most powerful. No case can be made.

Whether he was amped or not is irrelevant. Why? Because this thread is about Darkseid vs. Thanos. I'm connecting the dots to tell you how powerful an amped Superman is in comparison.

If Superman was amped then that speaks of Darkseid power. This amped Superman couldn't put a scratch on those missiles, yet at less than 50% power Darkseid instant vapored them.

Why is Superman a peer to Thor in strength when they never fought?

You can't use Hulk for any discussion, unless you specify the version (which arc) of Hulk. This is because his strength is based off his anger and stress level which isn't fixed.

Pretty much every single version of the Hulk has strength feats which fit your criteria which seems to change depending on the character.

Superman lost that amp a couple of issue later. What is it you don't understand? AFTER this Lobo punch, Superman turned into the Hulk. After help, he lost this power-up a couple of issue later. So what other fts do you have?
