Fallen One is an insect really IMO. Thanos didn't really beat him but mind screwed him by putting his hands inside his head.
Mar-vell fought Thanos with physical might only. Physical strength of Mar-vell was shit. He couldn't even kill Nova with punches. What physical strength feats does he really have?

Spider-Man forgets his faster than bullet speed and reactions when the plot calls for it, etc.

Only not so smart and or lazy people don't want to offer a REAL DEBATE because it's too much work. This is a debating forum, we shouldn't do fake debating. All the members who ACTUALLY DEBATE are gone or seldom visit. These are Members who dissect another's argument, and offer a rebuttal, etc.
It's one thing about me. I actually debate. People disagree without offering reasons to why they disagree. This is lazy as hell. I'm reasonable. If you or anyone make sense then I'll go with that. I have been swayed more times than you can imagine since I became a member. Because those who have swayed me actually debated and addressed my arguments head on.

Correction, just what you view as PIS. which generally works out to about 95% of the feats that hurt your stance.
Go to any respect thread and view a character's feats. You would be hard pressed to find PIS. Most popular characters have enough feats to know what is PIS and what is not.
Also PIS concerns contradictions in a character's power set and thus has nothing to do with percentages. For example, if it is established as a standard that Spidey is a bullet timer (this is his average and established level) then no amount of times showing him get hit by speeds significantly slower than a bullet is going to overrule that. That's why we have the full capacity rule. Otherwise what would be the point if the rule?
We have to separate plot from reality, otherwise we would get contradictions everywhere.
