Thanos at his best had the hand of the universe, he could do anything, and was above anyone. Unless you're speaking of some unapmed version of the two? Thanos at his best was far greater than Darkseid ever was from what I know. I'm not familiar with the 30th century version of Darkseid though. Do you have any examples as to what makes him so powerful?

Well from the in depth description that was given on this version of Darkseid, he appears to have gotten an outside amplification. Without any amplification, I wouldn't say that Thanos stomps, but I believe that he would win convincingly.

Ok, I got it wrong, I thought that when you said that he sought after objects of power, and drained them, that they amplified him. My bad. I'd really love to see this fight though, and would likely purchase several copies. I really can't think of another cross over that I'd prefer to read off the top of my head.

Maker was weak as hell in durability. The comic even explains he took a weak mortal form (a form susceptible to damage and dieing).
BB showing isn't impressive enough to prove able to beat DS.
Fallen One is an insect really IMO. Thanos didn't really beat him but mind screwed him by putting his hands inside his head.
Mar-vell fought Thanos with physical might only. Physical strength of Mar-vell was shit. He couldn't even kill Nova with punches. What physical strength feats does he really have?
