Good. I have been busy but not crazy so I hope it keeps up. I spent a lot of money this month on appraisal software and data bases but it makes my job easier.

Do to request, I will now type out my review for the Simpsons Movie.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
While sitting through the god awful pre-preview part of the movie experience The typical Simpsons geek would sit back and look back upon the blissful 18 seasons, going on 19, that we have been given. O we remember the laughs, such as the season 2 episode back in 1992 when The Simpsons began coming into it's own where Bart becomes a daredevil, and to each him a lesson our beloved Homer jumps over the gorge seriously wounding himself(video 1 in videos below). Or other brilliant moments such as the countless upon countless jobs Homer has had. Such as being an Astronaut in season 5, a Cartoon voice actor in season 7, even a Wal-Mart Greeter(not actually called Wal-Mart in one of the more recent seasons. We think back to the many brilliant guest stars that have been on the show, the list including Michael Jackson(before being considered a freak), Dustin Hoffman, The Three Surviving Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Patrick Stewart, Elizabeth Taylor, Buzz Aldrin, Johnny Carson, and even some of our favorite Baseball stars from the early 90's. Now with this trait this film doesn't seize to amaze us with the guest cameo's the show can rake in. Not to ruin who guest starred in the film, but one of the cameo's included one of Hollywood's greatest actor of the past 2 decades. We're disappointed in not seeing Sideshow Bob played by Kelsey Grammar but we still get the great Joe Montegna playing Fat Tony. You remember all this, however a chill races up your spine when you then remember the decline in the shows quality over the past few years. Oh we all loved David Mirkin's years when he ran the show, and we loved the focus on the family during Bill Oakley's and John Weinstein's show running years, but since the return of Al Jean, the cartoon has just become another cartoon. But alas! you recall the fantastic writing crew that's working on the movie. The Great John Schwartzwelder, writer of the most shows in the Simpsons History(55 full episodes) is working on the project and hasn't worked with the simpsons crew for years now. By the time all this is done we're finally dragged into the trailers and previews. So after enjoying the batman teaser among others like Fred Claus the movie begins.
(Actual Review Begins Here)
With All the thoughts bouncing around the Simpsons Geek's head, the film begins by killing off an American popular band, which brought very loud laughter across the film going audience. Ah this movie had so many classic moments restored and not once did I feel I was watching another boorish episode of, what season is it now, 18? My favorite character on this show has always Benn Grandpa Abraham Simpson, and the material he brought during the beginning of the film, restored all doubt I had. The film is full of lots of laughs, and lots of interesting satire, and subtly placed jokes. Including Fox advertisements during the movie. The Great Al Brooks lends his voice as the antagonist of the movie, previously voicing the friendly boss, but bent on taking over the world, Hank Scorpio in Season 8. The voicing talents of Dan Castlenetta(voice of Homer Simpson, among many others), the voice of Julie Cavner[voice of the entire Bouvier family(Marge's Family)], Nancy Cartwright,(Voices of Bart Simpson, Nelson Muntz, and Ralph Wiggum, Yeardly Smith,( voice of Lisa Simpson), Harry Shearer(voice of Principle Skinner, Mr. Burns, and Mr. Smithers), Hank Azaria(voice of Moe, Cheif Wiggum) and Tress MacNeille ( Misc.) were all dead on with the countless characters they portrayed, which in some later episodes seems like they aren't putting as much effort in as they had use to. The film has a predictable plot, though oddly enough has some touching moments, in which we really care for this characters in between the insane laughter we experience. The movie felt like an extended episode of when the Simpsons was just a little bit past it's prime, which is still really good. So at the advise of this fan, grab a Duff, have a donut, and go see this movie while bringing an extra pair of underwear -Red
