Well, Red, I suppose this is as good a time as any.
Gentlemen, ladies, and Bran.
I'm starting my own team. Red, Martian and I have been discussing it, my idea, but we're all founders.
There are certain exclusive members who've I've already designated as whatever I decide the top status to be. Basically founders, same power anyways, though I doubt it'll be important. They don't know yet, so I'll PM them when I'm at that stage. They can accept or decline, but whatevs.
It's not invite only, but we'll be deciding over members individually.
Some people, I've already said are going to be a part, should they so choose.
Name? We're almost there, not decided yet.
Technically it could still go up in smoke, due to mod intervention... I'm hoping that, with the rise, then fall of this team (no offense), and the lack of any others... that it won't be a big deal. Also hoping that Digi has become benevolent in his semiretired days.
Just so you all know. I want to send off PMs soon, but Red's lazy.

I'm sorry but this may all be fun to some people but this is actually my offline life this affects.
You all know what Marea has been through, well actually you don't cause to be honest she doesn't talk about half the stuff that shes going through to people on here.
Yet still you all feel the need to bait her but you know who deals with all this when you have logged off and ripped her to pieces, yep me!
Thats the second person who has called her a b!tch on thread, I take that VERY personally, if someone said that to her offline in front of me I wouldn't stand for it and I'm not standing for it here either.
Fact is people talk and the people who have been talking know what they have been saying.
Personally I'm tired of it, you bait her all the time, you know she will get a reaction and its like entertainment for you.
I'm really mad now and trying to keep my composure, cause its my life you are actually messing with when you post crap like this, just 3 weeks ago she was in theatre and even now shes fighting for her life.
So yeah, its funny to make fun of the person who has been through more in the last year than most of us go through in a lifetime and is still going through it.
I'm done with this, too much has been said now, all KMC seems to be is stress, I don't need it, Marea definetly doesn't and I hope people are proud of themselves for not only attacking a woman but attacking someone battling cancer.

I don't have all the facts, so I won't judge anyone.
However, from what I see in the Mongoose thread it's not people teasing and attacking Marea. This time for example it was because Bada hadn't been quick enough to upload his sig. It was a simple misunderstanding. When something like that somehow manages to escalate into this, then both parts are guilty.
I don't think it's right of you to use cancer like that either. You know that everybody here cares about Marea. I don't think people would bother to add the ribbons to their avatar if they didn't. Nor do I think Marea would like people to walk on eggshells around her (I could be wrong).
With that said, I'm also a little disappointed in those who choose to carry on arguing. I also realize that she has been through something which few of us can imagine what is like, which is why I think people here should be mature enough to cut her some slack.
