The way I saw it was Marea had ago at Bada, the disagreement was theirs to settle, yet a few people, felt the need to quote and/or mock her about what she said.
Was it their fight to get involved in, nope, yet still the comments were made. What you think is right is unimportant to me, weren't you the same person who told another poster to go suck ****s because he said Apoc sucks?
Marea doesn't ask anyone to walk on eggshells around her, my point is that you know her situation but the word b!tch seems to flow from peoples mouths all to frequently.

For me its not a case of log off, go to bed and forget about it because I am in an offline relationship with the person people seem so fond of attacking, its my life this effects.
Facts are, Bada could have resolved the Marea situation without anyone posting stupid comments or pictures, when she responded, people could have still ceased retliating, yet they didn't and it escalated.
it just seems to me that because she has a temper, it amuses people to try and get her riled, fact of the matter is though, she has done favours and made sigs and supported most of you at one time or another with the same passion she has shouted at you.

I'm sorry to everyone. This was my fault. I was messing around with sigs earlier and forgot to upload my new sig again before I left for my appointments today.
I'm not sure who it was talking about me though and I don't care. I'm very upfront. If somebody has a problem then either IM or PM me.
I can understand what Marea is going through. I also had cancer and went through chemo and radiation. My cancer wasn't as severe as Marea's but I can say that's it's difficult. It's hard enough coming to terms with cancer but then having to go through the chemo as well. It takes a toll on you physically and mentally. I just think some latitude should be given to Marea. I did see some remarks that were WAY out of line toward her. Let's just try to stay civil.
I know everybody has their lives and people go through difficult trials everyday. This will adversely affect the best of us. Let's not forget that at the end of the net there's a sick woman who needs our support, thoughts and prayers.
People, we are better than this. I go online to forget about problems and relax a few hours per day. Let's just remember that we are on here to have some fun.

I'm not involved in this , except for the part where Herc , said he would crush somebodies head. Which later he said was supposed to be a joke.
The only problem I have know is that things have been said, and peoples feelings have been hurt, all over what....

People who know me well enough, know that I do say stuff like that from time to time but its not serious.

1. I also agree that it was wrong of people to get involved in that argument, but you need to realize that they weren't really taking cracks at Marea any more than they were making fun of Bada. No harm was meant there, surely you and Marea must know that.
I agree that jokes against her would've been in bad taste, but I am absolutely, 100% sure that they weren't meant to harm her. Deep down she must know that.
2. Let's not play the "walk a mile in their shoes" game, because you can't really imagine what I've been through either. Just like how I can't imagine all the things you've been through.
3. Bada could've resolved it without other people joking. Marea could've taken it up in PMs. She chose to approach it in public and neither Mare nor Bada can control other people. Which is why it's neither fault that the others posted before Bada did. Especially not Bada's fault.
4. If people try to get Marea fired up, they should be the ones that should leave the team. However, are you absolutely sure that people joke with the intention of trying to get her angry? By what I've seen, most Mongooses are more mature than that.
