This was the most recent time the rules were posted. Also, I think the tech cap would coincide with the other caps. If the tech doesn't exceed the durability/versatility/etc. limits you should be fine.

5. About TP- Mind attacking, psibolts, etc. are all forms of telepathy that are allowed. Controlling the mind/body of an enemy, making them attack their teammates, etc. is NOT allowed. If there are questions, ask them before battles.
6. posting rules: Only match participants and judges can post in the match threads. Each team gets 12 posts.
7. Prep: 45 minutes of prep in a sectioned off area of the battlefield. no spying on the other team, you take only what you bring with you and what you can scrounge from the field.
8. No PIS/CIS. All characters are bloodlusted.
9. 6 appearances minimum for draft picks.
10. Matter manipulation: if you do pick someone with this power, you can mess with the field, but not the other team.
11. power-sharing/ amping: Superboy Kon-El is the limit, for now.
12. Peripherals MUST BE SPECIFIED WHEN THE PICKS ARE MADE. Ex: Gamora w/e adamantium sword, IM w/e Hulkbuster (not allowed, just an example ). Do not put something that is blatently illegal or unfair, like the UN, the CN, GL rings, Motherbox, etc.
13. Only match participants and judges can post in the match threads. 12 posts per team. Matches will last 3-4 days.
14. Devil Lance, myself, BW, and the judges will select random battlefields.
15. Characters like Metamorpho, Crusher Creel, Sandman, Hydroman, Electro, will be allowed if they are under the cap. HOWEVER, if they are dispersed for up to 10 minutes, they are considered KOed. Frankly, alot of those kind of guys probably won't get in anyway, too easy to win with a good debater behind them and no CIS.
16. For the drafts:
Since there's 4 rounds, we could do a reverse order thing.......so the #1 overall pick would have the last pick of Round 2 and 4, and the first in round 3. And vice-versa for each pick made in round 1.
17. Draft starts saturday. eastern timezone.

Seems to me like they mgiht be over whatever 'killable' limit there is.
But meh. All 3 of those would get owned anyway. And I think DL said something about "they are considered dead after X # of minutes of dispersal"....so no "He'll reconstitute himself in teh clouds and rain himself down to Earth".

Hmm. I doubt we're allowed to request increases because we think some of our picks won't be under it (but it's not a bad idea...I admire the effort)

We're using Namor's high showings...so you might be ok. There's plenty of people at or beneath him. In any case, drafts are in a couple days and most teams have done a lot of their prep work. it would be a shame to alter fundamental limits like this now, which would undoubtedly change some plans.

High end Feat namor is at least low end class 100 and at most mid class 100
oif your picks are above that then they aren't mid tier characters and they won't be allowed in this tourney
