current one

how fast IS current jay . . .? 😕

mach 10? faster?

Wikipedia says it's just Mach 1.

Yeah ... Garrick seems around early 90s Quicksilver level these days.

so . . . FLIGHT speed is capped at mach 1?

No. Reaction/running speed is capped at Jay Garrick level ... flight speed is mach 10-ish.

As the new official Judge, I have determined that, in order to make this tournament more interesting, all contestants must sacrifice a major limb in order to compete.

So, most characters would have to give up an arm or a leg, whereas Hulk could give up an arm, a leg, or his dong.

its QS speed for regular, then Jay for amp? Thats like going in reverse order isnt it?

Fair enough.

*sacrifices Scoob's right hand and DC's ear*

This way Scoob will stop "wasting time".

😉

i'm so confused . . .

are jay's reaction speeds NOTICEABLY faster than quicksilver's . . .? 😕

I honestly don't think we should have an amping cap for speed.

It should be like Batdude's tourney, where you can pick people who are way slower or way faster then Mach 10, but the fastest anyone can go is Mach 10.

Another question: Does the Mach 10 thing apply for attack speeds as well?

I don't think Val actually has two major limbs left . . .

Guys, I was under the impression all characters had to sacrifice a limb... but, if Scoob's gonna stop wasting time, then who am I to point out little details... haermm

Ears and hands are not major, it must be a full arm, full leg, or in Hulk's case, a full wang.

Can we use the major limbs of sacrifical victims?

Hmmm... :: Scratches head ::

No. But I'll take them as a token of good will.

Thats good now I can get rid of these bodies.

*pulls out a chainsaw*

hmm I guess I take off the left leg . . .

I'm confused on this speed cap. Is it Mach 1(ground)/Mach 10 (air), or Mach 10 all around?

Also, I don't think we can limit attack speeds to mach 10. A laser travels faster than that. Lightning also.
