Think I'll be going to see this film this Sunday, get a taster of it and all. I haven't high hopes for the film, but I am hoping for it to be good; judging from previous experiences of Spiderman films I predict I'll get caught up in the story, but then end up walking out of the theatre with no outstanding memory of it.

I think it´ll come out tops, it has a continous story as apposed to spiderman where some super baddies just pop up and he fights them.
The personal story involving the main characters is the continuous story...
Besides, no one gives a shit about story anymore. Face it, movies are dead.
I saw Spiderman 3 last night and I thought it was awesome... however I think a lot of other people who don't read the comic books won't like it as much because its more unrealistic than the other ones and this one almost seems less serious. I'm a huge Pirates and Spiderman fan but I think POTC will win
I went to the midnight premier, and I thoroughly enjoyed SM3. I was a little confused at some of the scene transitions, and yes they did cram a lot of different plots in the movie, but I still found the movie to be very enjoyable. My initial thoughts were that I was only going to be waiting during the whole movie until the final battle began, but I was happily surprised.
Not to mention all the other nerdy geeks that were there were all applauding, cheering, and laughing at different parts of the movie. It was a right good time.
All I can say about POTC 3 is this at the moment: I hope it's better than POTC 2 (Which the first POTC was better than).
you know whats funny, all spiderman fans are saying that spiderman will pwn pirates and all the pirate fans are saying that pirates will kill spidey, this discussion will never end, it prollly will by july. spidey opened with the biggest opening day ever, but some dumb people believe it isnt good, but i sure it ll get to a $400 million mark.
