USH'S MATRIX GAME 2006 THIRD ASSIGNMENT- 'The Fortress'

Ares groggily stays in his Ecto chair, knowing that there's no point in getting up as they'll be going right back in.

"That's why it will work!" says Dallas. "I mean, would YOU expect it? Nah. All those military types will be slouching around saying 'Hey Bob, nothing important is going to happen there, fancy a beer?' And then BOOM! Dallased!"

From his chair, Hawk says, "Captain... that's gonna take a lot of convenient explosions. You're good, but I don't think you're THAT good."

(Also, "Dallased". I think I'll be using that from now on...)

Heph simply nods, and watches the scenery as the off-road vehicle speeds on.

"The part that's crazy about all this is," Mors says, shaking his head, responding to Hawk, "he IS that good. But it's still completely insane."

"Ah, details! You guys always moan too much..."

---

Taking the main trail, rushing along in a high speed vehicle, means you guys are only a few minutes away from the Monastery now.

"pre/pare/your/selves. we/must/reach/the/door."

(I think I'm declaring it to be the official term for when we manage to pull off completely crazy shit that we by no rights should have actually succeeded with doing)

"This is going to need a good plan..."

"Erm, we're a bit low on ammunition, chap," Klez says, patting his coat.

"The/a/gents/are/ex/pect/ing/an/app/roach/on/foot. coll/u/sion/with/the/monks/is/not/ful/ly/ac/count/ed/for. we/can/sneak/by/from/the/ou/ter/com/pound. they/are/un/a/ble/to/guard/the/door/it/self"

How are my wounds Ush?

"I suppose that makes sense. We'll have to make it quick and quiet."

"Stealth ops are not a common thing on the Shez," Heph says. "But I'm sure we can pull it off. You seem to have this planned out pretty well..."

You are stabilised, Melkor, But save for the use of Medicine rolls, damage is not reduced for any of you yet.

How are those dropped suppose to be going in, then?

So only few of us can fight as all?

"We open the door, what then?" -He asks the Hunter, not liking being in the dark so much. -"Will we travel through the Door?"

Being sneaky and running like hell to the Door if caught is, I think, the plan.

The Hunter and Dallas would be good friends, except the plan is sneaky.

Those dropped can walk.

Of course, walking doesn't quite cut it, to the door.

Cannot we use the vehicle?

Will Medicine rolls help them be a bit more agile?

Very simple logical reason why you cannot use the vehicle.

And Medicine rolls will remove damage equal to positive outcome.
