Eh, I found a problem with the 'carrying the unsneakies' plan. All the people who are able to carry are the ones without Intrusion, except Klez. Klez can carry one person to help them be sneaked around, but that still leaves two people.
Can two of the wounded have medicine rolls made on them so they could carry? Maybe without subtracting damage as a tradeoff.
Well, no-one messed up their rolls. The Hunter leads you silently through the outskirts of the Monastery, through some back corridors and forgotten areas.
A little while later, you come to the edge of the lake that Cloud saw earlier. The lake is misty indeed, and just visible through the mist, in the centre of the lake, is the small islans upon which there is the small building... upon which lays the Door.
