Putting it all together...spoilers

I don't want Will to cut out his heart, it doesn't make sense to me because that was Davy's deal. Yes, "same story, different versions, all of which are true" but part of AWE is will Will and Liz repeat what Calypso and Davy did and I think not cutting his heart out because of Liz would be the first step in not becoming the bitter, demented Jones.

This is very true, she can no longer depend on daddy to bail her out of jail if need be. She has to face her own decisions.

There is one thing that made me think about(don't laugh at me) is the trophy lace Jack wearing on his wrist mentioned at 2nd dvd disc 'Captain Jack head to toe'.What do you think,does it have anything to do with the story?

In this pic, you can see the lace. At least, I think it is, tied around Jack's wrist.

Aha.It might be the lace.What if it's from one of Elizabeth's dresses,maybe the one that was taken off by Jack while he rescued her from the water (though i don't think so)?

Well...all we know is that he acquired that lace sometime between the end of POTC and DMC...cuz it wasn't part of his costume in POTC...I would like for it to have come from Elizabeth...but on the DVD in Jack from head to toe...they say he took it from a woman he shagged....

it's just a trophy of sorts...I don't think it really has any great meaning...just something Johnny wanted to wear...he's very particular about what Jack Sparrow wears...

I wonder if that Brethren court globe of the world will have something to do with Elizabeth guarding all the pirates freedom.? Maybe thats the reason she has to leave?

On the subject of the lace, who says Jack never had it in COTBP at all? I'm sure he has pockets, so maybe he just felt like wearing it during DMC. The close-up picture of his hand makes it look like rope to me, but it could be lace. He's a packrat and I'm sure if he did steal it from one of his strumpets, he probably had the intention of pawning it or trading it for something else.
