This is a good fight in my opinion. Better than Thor vs Superman.
Far better. by Rights Thor shoudl beat superman becuz of the magic factor. But the super aura is rediculous. And Thor's speed feats dont' really put him on her lvl. She has moved so fast that she was invisible to white martians. She even entered the speed force under her own power with no sign of strain. I still give Them 5/10 against each other.

Thor = more powerful, stronger, more durable, more experianced, more versatile, and doesn't have to depend on Superman to get the job done.
The godwave did little other than increase her physical capabilities.
Her speed will give her little advantage.
Being slightly more skilled is irrelevant.

Ok, lemme squash this ridiculous "combat speed reflexes" argument that keep coming up. If a character can fly at above light speed (like Thor can). He obviously has to have the reflexes to maneuver at that speed. That being the case, Thor has ABOVE light speed reflexes. Therefore WW's reflexes are NOT superior.
I can recall *several* times WW has struggled with things, and needed help. There are FAR fewer times Thor has lacked the strength to complete a task.
All evidence points to Thor having centuries of fighting experience over WW, but again AT BEST I'd give them equal.
Oh wait, isn't WW vulnerable to nice, pointy, sharp objects? :-P There goes the durability argument.
