Unlimited strength. Reality warping doesn't effect Hulk at all.
Besides if a thunderclap can destroy a dimension it's not too much of a stretch to say Hulk can control time.

If Storm can control space, then she can also control time as well. Storm>Hulk.
Anyway, there is no way he should have been able to grab anything let alone aim at anything while spinning in her winds. That was PIS. Rogue, who can catch machine gun bullets in her hands, can't even do what he did.

When Storm blocked the blast from the sun that was meant to destroy the planet in 2Louds scan, she manipulated the gamma rays from that gun and the energy patterns around the Earth. Now Hulk's powers comes from that gamma radiation. She could probably just command it out of him and the source of his powers are gone seeing as she controls that. Or heck, for fun, she could wait till he tries to clap and then transmute his hands away. 😛
Anyway, Hulk has to breathe and therefore Storm can beat him.

His feats trump Storm's.
Transmutation doesn't work on him, magic doesn't work, reality warping doesn't work, he can move faster than she can, he's smarter than she is, his cosmic awareness (remeber destroyed a dimension) is better. Storm wouldn't have a chance in hell.

Storm was obviously underwritten here. Hulk is not in her catagory. Sorry. The fact that he was actually able to hit her with that projectile lends to her being underwritten.
Hulk actually did do that with a thunderclap though. Nobody's trying to portray him as a reality warper though.

Nope Hulk has above genius intellect (strength amping remember) by knowing where every atom in the universe is he can extrapolate where every bit of energy is as well as all past and future positions of everything.
