Super AIM while being spun in a vortex is NOT Hulk's power and NOT logical.
For all intenets and purposes Hulk was spinning at over over 200 mph at least.
It is illogical for him to aim at her and hit her. It is PIS.
Nothing you can say or show will make it legitimate.
How come the wind didn't just blow the cement??? 😆

Un-freakin-believable. ❌
Not once did I claim the Hulk has superhuman aim either. It's not like Storm was moving out of the way or anything. And it was a rather large chunk of debris. 😬

You are unbelievable. The Hulk could throw a car STRAIGHT through Storm's strongest winds without it being deterred in the slightest. A chunk of cement is not going to be deterred by any winds of hers. It would be like a sniper rifle bullet slicing through a gentle breeze. 😐
This may come as shock to you, but nothing you can say will make it not happen or take away Hulk's abilities.

That should've killed Storm.

How are you going to find something and aim in a tornado???😆
😆
You call this bullshit, but when Storm controls the universe with an eyelash, it's 100% accurate writing.
Again, it's not like Storm was moving or anything.

Just be happy Storm wasn't rended in half.

That's a thing Hulk regularly does. Not 2 or 3 times in the course of his 40~ year existence. It's like unbelievable timing and coordination is one of his powers. No, it doesn't really make sense per se but what about Hulk does really make sense? He's like the incarnation of Banner's imaginary friend, made real by the wishing radiation: Gamma rays. I kid you not. Jennifer Walters wanted to be strong, beautiful, and more confident and she got her wish in She-Hulk.
Actually I think the timing and coordination kinda make sense. His body just keeps amping itself continuously improving I see no real reason for him to be uncoordinated.
IMO Hulk exists as everything a man (or maybe just the Id) has ever wanted to be. Faster, stronger, more durable, more tenacious, more violent, more accurate isn't a major stretch.

He had zero control with regard to his entrire body. No aim can happen.
Standing still and picking up a stationary projectile is one thing.
Moving close to, or at the same rate as the said projectile and aiming is impossible, even by comic logic.
Hulk's strength can be rendered completely USELESS against Storms winds. The instance above is just dumb.

Total contradiction.
If the object is not moving and Hulk is not moving they are both moving at identical speeds.
By comic logic (and even real world logic) nothing stops Hulk from getting the grip and using his skill to knock down Storm.
