What about resistance and drag??😆

PIS. 😘

Do you get the idea of superstrength?

F = MA

A large piece of concrete traveling at incredible speed isn't going to be effected by a cyclone.

The only PIS is that Storm didn't explode when the rock hit her.

Answer me this, 2damn. As truthfully as possible. 😆

If an angry Hulk was given a shotput ball and threw it as HARD as he could directly at a stationary Storm (assuming his aim is perfect) that is a football field's length between them, do you believe Storm could stop/deflect the ball with her most powerful winds (no shields or stupidity like that) before it reached her? Storm can already have her winds blowing for this experiment (but they won't hinder the Hulk's actual arm-movement throw).

Can Storm do it?

hmmm.... what happened to kitty pride??? 😉

It doesn't matter how strong he is. The air resistance, drag, and direction should have affected the porjectile also nothwithstanding he shouldn't have been able to SEE let alone aim.

Nothing said has been satisfactory.

Super strenghth is USELESS is Ororo's vortex or ANY vortex for that matter.

Umm . . . compensating for drag and wind? Hulk is a good shot thats why I put in the thing about his skill.

And since you like what is said by the narrator so much. Hulk is refered to as having "unerring aim". Kinda irrefuatable if you keep you current stance that everything said in comics is the gospel truth 😉

She was electrocuted and suffocated many pages ago. 😄

Hulk does not have the perceptions to be able to train on anything moving or unmoving while twirling around in a tightly concentrated vortex like that. Rogue, who's perceptions and reactions are far superior to Hulk's, has been twisted silly in Storm's tornadoes where she could not do anything numerous times in the past herself. What happened here was Hulk was pitted against a character who's powers were too versatile for his and countered/outdid his by heads and shoulders. So, to make him look good, they wrote Storm down. This is a lady who dodges energy blasts that move at light speed as well as Thor's hammer. He should not have been able to take aim at her. He should not have been able to grab anything twirling about in the whirlwind as it should disoriented him and if he by chance just reached out there and grabbed and happened to grasp something and lets just say that he hurled it blindly and it was a one-in-a-million where it happened to go to her, she should have been able to dodge it. This is making a HUGE assumption that he had enough force to hurl it through her winds which can punch straw through armor plate...

If hulk is throwing this as hard as possible for him storm wouldnt have a chance even with all her hocus pocus weather tricks stationed.

Hulk has collapsed universes with his punches and such... 🙂

I'm not going to bother readressing all of these points. Just read through what I posted before.

That's nice. Juggernaut was punching through dimensions and the Trion, while powerful enough to stop him, summoned the X-Men to do it so as to not get their hands dirty. Storm stomped the Trion and healed the dimension. She can also control the forces that govern the 616 dimension as well. Storm>Trion>Hulk 😄

I have read what you posted. You have not justified why Hulk would not have been disoriented in that wind. Rogue, who has far superior reaction and perceptions than Hulk (she's like a speedster in this department) is disoriented in Ororo's whirlwinds. There is no way Hulk should not have been.

Nah.

Hulk can collapse a dimension with one thunderclap. With no reality for Storm to work with she's powerless.

Not getting disoreanted is kinda Hulk's thing. He exists as the ultimate warrior in some respects.

I'll admit that under normal circumstances Hulk wouldn't be able to hit Storm (if she was trying to dodge and was watching for the throw). In this case she was focused on the whirlwind and not expecting a rock to be flying toward her.

Nah, Storm pins Hulk to the ground with his stomach and face flat on the ground and his arms spread outward so he can't clap on anything. For good measure, she transmutes the ground into vibranium-adamantium so he can't break through it to get his hands to clap together. At the same time, she zaps his backside over and over with lightning to hear him yelp and puts water on the ground so it goes up his nose! 😄

After she gets tired with this game, she bends the energies that compose emtpy space to her will to open a portal to some hellish dimension with fire and brimstone and throws him in there to rot for eternity. End of story! 😄

LOL when I read the last part. Seriously storm can control the atmosphere in the 616 universe. When shes in space and there is no atmosphere her powers get tricky and she controls other forces. The governing universe BS is all speculation.

Just cause storm is your fav dont mean she needs to be herald level.

He can destroy a dimension with a thunderclap. He can just walk out of the hell dimension and thunderclap Storm out of ever existing.

Please, please, please tell me you were kidding through out that last post. 🙁

Im sorry but storm cant do that. She and her hubby will no doubt run into Hulk at one point or another during WWH. We'll see how well she does.

She can control the energies that govern the world. She's controlled ocean currents, lava flows, EM fields, etc. She's also been able to transmute air into clothing.
