On his own, WITHOUT the suit, what can he do? He can turn metal into different shapes. He can lift it... basically telekinesis, but on a lesser level. We're not allowed to affect the opponents... so he can just make new stuff out of what he has. Not to mention, he can't make it unless he knows how it's made. And Mungi who MADE the damn respect thread judged him to be < caps.

He can turn metal into anything he wants. That's basically like a GL to a lesser degree. This isn't a question of his telekinesis, but rather his versatility.
