What happens to the order of the drafts if some of the teams haven't picked anyone by the time the next draft round starts?

No. He can turn metal into other forms of metal. And he can't make anything that he doesn't know how to make, unless he's in the suit. The suit allows him to do alot. On his own? Not so much. And you already cleared his versatility, with full knowledge of his capabilities. 😬

No. HELL no. You want to see a GL to a lesser degree? Look no further then Dr. Light. Who, by the way, has already been drafted, and is even listed as a cap for the tourney. The only time Jeffries will be able to do anything with his powers is during prep time. And he can't just make anything he wants. He can't think "Time Machine" and make it. For instance, he had to look at the plans for the Box suit in order to make them.

Will he be a pain in the ass? Of course he will. We should all be trying to draft characters who will be. Is he a low level GL? HELL no.
