I didn't say he was a low level GL. I said he's a GL to a lesser degree. I used Green Lantern as a point of reference because they can make whatever they want with Oan energy. Jeffries can basically do the same with metal. As far as not being able to make whatever he can think of in a fraction of a second, so what? He's still too versatile for this tourney.
