Due to the fact jeffries was hindered in his abilities to make the cap. Also like I mentioned earlier not many people know about Jeffries and I can easily make arguments for and against Jeffries but I will let others to decide.

Here's the deal. The first thing they said about Angie was "she can duplicate" and then you guys offered to not duplicate.

But the point was always that she's simply >> a few of the caps. It wasn't the lobotomy thing so much as simple power.

So neutering was never officially banned, as I understand it. It just looked that way because of the way the discussion ran.

Sure, but that was BD, not DL. Angie was banned because of power reasons, not because of neutering.
