Apparently he knew enough to reconise Wolverine even out of his costume. He may have been a nobody but he knew what he was getting into.

And kid? Apparently he was "old" enough to be in bar and pick up chicks.

he recognized the runt so that proves he was experienced somehow?

and many underaged youngsters go to bars

it proves that vampires can be taken by surprise...

who the hell expects a supposed 'hero' to just gut you outta the blue?!

the vampire was surprised...thats all that scan proves...that logan is one unpredicatable crazy mutha

Well I can see why he'd be surprised! Wolverine attacking a vampire to save a helpless woman? After the vampire provoked him no less? Shocking!!! No wonder he was surprised, Wolverine isn't the kind of guy who would save a woman from a vampire!!!!! Very out of character, no wonder the vampire (who know he was dealing with Wolverine btw) didn't see it coming!

Bran was right, I shouldn't have let you have that treat.

how exactly did the vampire provoke Wolverine? logan was doing the provocation

also, sure logan should save the girl...but I doubt the vampire expected logan just to go for the kill instantly. Usually heroes don't do that...I guess that vampire didn't realize logan isn't your Captain America and he paid with his life for that ignorance.

I mean, I could prob stab Mike Tyson outta the blue one day...it won't mean I'm faster though 😬

He vamped out and screamed in his face. What did he think Wolverine was going to do? Write him a poem. Even Captain America kills vampires, heroes don't try to reason with them.

Srank's opinion>>>>Marvel employees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Regular on panel feats and Marvel comic writers>>>>>>>>>>>>>a few marvel online helpline employees.

I'm not commenting on whether or not Blade is stronger than Cap, just on what I feel is a faulty way of arriving at that conclusion.

I remember Cap having some issues with Baron Blood's strength becoming too great for his.

he was a kid, unskilled, didn't know how to use his powers other than to prey on innocent victims, having powers doesnt necessarily make you powerful. wolverines has beaten plenty of opponents stronger and faster than him simply because of his skill.

The guy I emailed wasn't some random helpline employee though.

Based on what? How do you know he was a kid? How do you know he was unskilled? How do you know he didn't know how to uses his powers other to pray on innocent victims? There is nothing in those two pages that would give you anywhere near enough information to make such a claim. For all we know he was the king of all vampires, or maybe a super awsome magical vampire wizard ninja from space!

Anyway he knew enough to recognise Wolverine outside of his costume which says something. Most of the guys Wolverine deals with in his civies have no idea who they are dealing with, but this guy did and that implies he had a lot more experience and skill than you are giving him credit.

Getting killed in one panel implies he was not very skilled.

Yeh he was some guy who writes the marvel bios. Don't you realise that hurts your argument even more? Marvel bios have continuously listed Cap as being unable to lift over 800lbs. His strength feats regularly show him to be well over that range. 😬

He worked on the Hand Books, which are full of so many inaccuracies Marvel could hire Master Bruce to write them and release something on the same level accuracy and coherency.

Comics have their share of inaccuracies also. Bigtime.

your logic is so laughable...so many things wrong I don't even know where to begin, so I won't. I'll just enjoy the hilarity of your posts.

In one panel? That doesn't seem very skilled imo.

Which is why on the forum we have a set of rules to look past said inconsistencies.
