Wolverine hangs with beings much tougher than him...who are both stronger and faster than him...but he can still hang due to his insane HF and adamantium skeleton.

Blade doesn't have that HF to fall back on, so he has to match his foes in speed and strength...or surpass them.

Your believe is predicated on the preconception that vampires are stronger / faster than human, based on that you've arbitrarily decided that Captain America and Wolverine are slower / weaker than vampires despite every piece of evidence suggesting otherwise.
