I literally got teary eyed. That's insane, isn't it. But it just seems like we've all been through so much here at KMC the past 8 months. LIke the night the trailer came out...it was awesome...we were all on the edge of the seats..and even though we weren't with each other physically we were all with each other mentally...the minute i saw that trailer come on tv...I was like "OMG, I bet the girls are screaming their heads off right now"..and couldn't wait to get here and see what everyone was saying....

I just can't believe it's only two months away...

Well, we've always known there was a rumored wedding somewhere during the course of AWE. But the question is where and with whom. I have theories, but none of them are conclusive. Imdb had Elizabeth listed as Turner, not Swann. So I'm guessing that is probably the direction that they're going.

But what is that picture from? It looks like someone who specializes in making costumes for other people, not necessarily for the film. Not that I don't want to believe it, it just sounds too good to be true.

Imdb are not always right. The only people who know are the cast of POTC and the writer of the book person.

Odd how Will becomes fishface, Jack has a wedding outfit and so does liz, then rumors about Liz and Jack. Who knows.

liz was enaged to Norrington, wedding interupted with Will and now the next person who loves her is Sparrow, they do say third time is the charm.

And then there was Lovelyone's theory about Elizabeth's use of the wedding dress, and the whole "widowed before her marriage" line in DMC. I can see where she is going with that line of thinking, since essentially, if you're of the mind that Elizabeth's husband is Jack, that it sort of predicts the future.

She sends Jack to his death, and essentially becomes a widow before her marriage. Then, the line continues that the ghost is "searching for her lost love at sea". Ironically, we see Elizabeth go on a quest to search for Jack at World's end.

But, I will also say that the same information can foreshadow her relationship with Will. So things are still up in the air. 🙂

Well, given the vein of the marketing, we've either been right this entire time, or they're marketing the J/E two pack in a clever rouse to throw us all off the scent. It's possible, not probable, but possible.

It looks a lot like the coat that Captain Hook is wearing. But I agree, what is their motivation in calling it the "Jack Sparrow" wedding coat? First off, how would they even know? Second, why would they put it on their website? It smells fishy. But maybe they didn't anticipate that the Potc fans are internet blood hounds.

okay i remember this one site where this article was Johnny and Richard talking they went over there lines together to get chemistry in the movie and richard said a line about Jack and flirting with liz and we only see teague at the brethen and then the rumors about Jack and liz forced marriage and maybe teague gives Jack the coat to wear. Anyway i know it is lame but it kinda makes sense in my head.
