It's already revealed as Punisher and have released his new character design awhile ago.

I saw it, but he is not going to be the next Captain Amercia. Especaily if Tonk is going to pick the person to replace his legacy.

Tony is going to pick the new Captain America? Havn't heard that... interesting.

You know what I'm probably going to be laughed at but as long as Hudlin isn't writing him I wouldn't mind Luke Cage being the new Captain America.

Seriously though out of everyone I was thinking of Luke Cage seems to be the right person to carry on the mantle of CA.
