I prefer to go half and half. I mildly, very mildly believe in a "God". There are so many open links waiting for contridiction in the bible. Like things being mentioned before they are official 500 years later. And the so called "Commandments." They contridict themselves. I'm not here to say that God isn't real and your beliefs are all wrong. On the contrary. I'm trying to show that in this day and age we have people saying they're the perfect Christian or Catholic, that worshiping idols is wrong and they should be destroyed, that in less than a week we're going to die or have to obey an absolute, all powerfull evil.

My school did not promote propaganda of any kind Alliance.
If any, it was liberal, but thats IF ANY......
My school was ALL ABOUT tolerance and acceptance of all people's cultures, beleifs, and lifestyles. I was about UNITY.....Love as the number one solution to all problems.
And not "conservative tough love" ...REAL LOVE
Freedom of Expression and being who you are was also huge in my Catholic High School, they had a Gay and Lesbian club for crying out loud !
ART was a major driver in the school, our Art Department rivalled the Music, Science, and Religious departments in my school.
St. Francis Prep in NY is in MY opinion the most open minded, loving and rational Catholic High School imaginable.
The thing is i don't think there should be this whole
Christians VS Gays battle
Not all Christians and Gays hate eachother nor disagree on everything.
Some Christians are bad, and some gays are bad.
We want different things and beleive diff things, but ultamately we are all the same....flawed beings just trying to make sense of life and find our way
You guys are gonna laugh, but i consider myself in Limbo
Limbo between being Agnostic and Christian.....
St. Francis prep was the best School i ever went to, and it was Catholic. They were Catholic within the bounds of Franciscan tradition, which is the most welcoming, open minded, tolerance, and accepting of other people's differences.
They are about pure love.
The only "religions" I recognize as non hypocritical and purely loving are Buddhism and Franciscanism.
It's very hard to stay Agnostic.
I belong to God Yahuwah (Jehova), to Jesus, who is Christ (Messiah,
Crown Prince) and to Yahuwah's Holy Spirit. I'm lutheran protestant and
totally intellectually convinced, so I never suffer from scruples. Miracles do not contradict reason, science or the laws of nature but only the insufficient intelligence of the human species (my self included). There must be some laws of nature making miracles possible! It's superfluous breaking or changing the laws of nature to perform miracles.

nicky64, i can't argue with you there.I'm absolutely COOL with what you beleive. So no attacks on your beleifs will be made by me.
However, i only argue against people who claim that they are NOT violating free will by trying to limit the freedoms of other people who don't beleive in what they do.
And who forces you to believe in what they do?
Nobody. Nobody at all.
But by trying to ban gay marriage, then the freedom of gays in general is being limitted. By only giving gays such options as civil unions, your are promoting "separate but equal" policy, and that is unconstitutional.
You have the right to beleive what you want, but not to enforce your religion on politics thereby forcing everyone else to live the kind of live you think they should live 🙂

You are correct, however it only has to do with money.
