WOW...my jaw literally hit the ground. I like Triple H, but I like Bret waaaaay more and if Bret has to say that about you.....wow.

I like that Taker has the streak, but wouldn't have a problem with him losing it. It would just have to be to someone deserving, imo.

The thing is I don't see WWE doing that and if they dare use Cena as the one...I am not fond of the streak, but Cena would have red dots aimed at him from everyone in the arena myself included. Though Taker's streak is nowhere near as bad and awful as Goldberg's streak.

Man like I said I like Trips, but he could not lace up Bret's boots. Bret usually has nothing to say negative about other wrestler's not even when Suckberg injured him putting him out of the buisness. Though if I were Paul, I would feel really bad after hearing that.

Cena is the poster boy for the PG era. I doubt even Taker himself would let that happen, and if what I've heard about him is true, his opinion will be taken in to account.

What kind of streak did Goldberg have? I never really watched WCW, so I don't know.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I like HHH as a character and as a heel, but I think Bret for the most part is right. HHH was never the most imaginative or varied wrestler in the world.

Goldberg had this streak when he was in WCW, that he never lost a match I think it was 144 wins no losses. He ran through Hogan, Sting(that really pissed me off) Dallas Page, The Giant(now big show) he only lost matches due to someone's interfearance...like his first loss to Kevin Nash...that's when Scott Hall tazerd him allowing Nash to get the win.

Ugh as I stated he is known for not being able to work a match properly hence kicking Bret in the face and ending his career. Also when he came to WWE he ran over everyone...Brock Lesnar would have destroyed this guy but Goldberg beat Lesnar making him look like a B!tch.

Dang. I'd heard that he was a bit too big in to himself, believing his own publicity (hence the Jericho thing as I later found out), but I didn't realise it got that bad.

Honestly, when he came to WWE I was happy to the extent that up until that point, I felt like Lesnar was being given way too much preferential treatment, so I was glad to see someone put him down.

Trust me man Goldberg got MORE preferential treatment than Brock.

What did Jericho have to say about Goldberg?

That might be true, but before 'berg arrived, I was getting tired of everyone and their mother jobbing to Brock. It felt like it would never end. At least Goldberg didn't stay in WWE long enough to have any real, memorable impact.

I was talking about their backstage fight, when Jericho kicked his ass.

What did you hear?

That taker is one of the guys in the locker room that's head of the pack. Like, he has so much influence over wrestlers, that everyone listens to him and takes what he says on board. Also, that he was the leader in there, disciplining guys who got out of hand, and such.

It was ridiculousness in the WCW. It was all a 3 minute show with Goldberg. He came out fans cheered and then you got a 3 minute match.

I hated it so much cause I liked WCW and even when I was younger I hated how everyone got jobbed out to Goldberg.

Even the Giant, now Big Show, considered the company super tank at the time couldn't last long against him.

That does really suck. Even Cena gives you more than that.

Yeah it was crazy.

Of course when it started out it was just him vs the low-mid card people for over half is undefeated streak and they did it as a gimmick to put him over. He also had a cool set of finishers. They even made him do a hard match or to, but once the streak got going they just ramped him up so bad.

It got old real quick, I mean no one was allowed to give him a match or beat him fairly. Even if you managed to hit Goldberg once it almost instantly lead to him spearing you.

That's how all his matches went.

Dang. That sucked. I'm glad he didn't last too long.

Preach on brother. The way he always bested Sting was pure fkin B.S.

Anyone see Smackdown tonight? Decent show...

I know it was so crazy.

Which sucks cause i loved WCW before that turning point with Goldburg and the multiple NWOs. I liked it more than WWE at the time.

They had such a good roster and so much fun.

Smackdown spoilers:

Spoiler:
Mark Henry defeated Randy Orton with a World's Strongest Slam in the main event of tonight's SmackDown tapings from Jacksonville, Florida. Henry now has a spot in the SmackDown Elimination Chamber match at this month's pay-per-view.
The match now consists of Mark Henry, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio and Daniel Bryan.

Did anyone watch Raw? I enjoyed it, and I thought several of the matches were decent. Sheamus v Kane was solid, and the main event between Punk and Jericho was also good. I just hope we'll see Jericho actually win some matches now that he's back.

The spot with the shield was good too, and while it wasn't as good as I would have liked, hopefully this marks the end of their random attacks on people.

I've never been a big Mark Henry fan.

I do like Jericho so yeah hopefully he gets a good push.

I hope that, while we will see him regularly, he gets some more time on the mic. He was unusually quiet on raw, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who loves Jerichos promos.
