I really hope Jericho isn't going to put over Fandango at WM...

I hope he does. The rumor is Jericho is leaving after WM again, so he wouldn't benefit from a win. Fandango would.

I do LOVE everything about Jericho though. He's a great wrestler and he's the best in the company on the mic - better than Rock and Punk. He's also selfless; the most willing to help out younger guys.

YouTube video

After the leg drop, you can hear him coaching Fandango on what to do.

I want to see Jericho put over Fandango, then come back and get a world title reign on his next comeback, hopefully later this year.

can't watch it here 🙁 i'll have a look at raw.

if he won every match coming in to wrestlemania, then I might be okay with it. I just hate seeing him on the losing side over and over again. I mean, he's won what, two matches since his return? That annoys me.

Yeah, it's starting to bother me too. He's put over Punk, Sheamus, Ziggler, and now Fandango since the start of 2012.

He needs a title reign.

Agreed.

DOUBLE AGREED.

Anyone see Cody Rhodes doing the Carlton Dance on SMS?

* nope, but i remember laughing my a$s off on Rock making Jonathan Coachman do that in his interview... 😆

😂

Raw was good. Nice to see Shawn Michaels again.

At one point the Moody family seemed like they were pissed after what Heyman did on Raw. Supposedly, they weren't happy with what was represented on screen. They seem to have calmed down now, though.

They were never pissed. Essentially what they said was seeing it was harder to watch than just reading about it. Imagine seeing and hearing your recently passed father again.

That's why I said "seemed" 😛

I laughed hysterically at Paul Heyman-Bearer.

Same. He actually looked and sounded good.

"Ooooohhhhhhh yesssss!"

Gets me every time.

So... Wrestlemania has been disappointing so far.

It was "meh" with some good moments sprinkled through out.

Honestly, the matches I liked the most were the Tag Team Title matches and Del Rio/Swagger for the WHC.

HHH and the Undertaker match were the highlights for me. I wasn't expecting the Del Rio match to end that way, so that was nice too.

Undertaker and Hunter put the rock to shame, though, in terms of fitness and stamina.

You would think a full time actor who specializes in action roles would be in better shape than part time wrestlers who either wrestle once a year or a couple of times a year.

And while I do like the Rock more so than John Cena (by far, actually), I never liked him as the WWE Champion. To me, the title should go to a guy who's constantly there, working house shows, and wrestling on RAW at least instead of only doing PPV matches. Cena at least does that and I've outgrown my "Cena Hate" phase.

He's bland to me, but I can't deny his work ethic and passion. Rather have a full time wrestler holding up the company than some guy who just shows up sporadically.

it's the steroids.

as a kid growing up, Hogan was my favourite. The Rock changed that during the attitude era. I marked out so hard for that guy. Now, though, I can't help but dislike him. He's probably on steroids, and while I like that he's willing to put guys over clean, he has to know that he's not able to compete in that state any longer.

Cena... Yeah. I like him as a person; I even like his promos sometimes (he is very bad at times, admittedly). His in-ring performances are generally poor, though. That match against Punk showed us what he was capable of, but if he's not going to show some consistency week to week, then I dunno. I want to like him as a wrestler, but I just can't at this point.

Honestly, I think their best face worker on a regular basis in terms of ability and ingenuity in the ring is Alberto Del Rio. Dude has really come into his own since his face turn.
