Yeah. I can't remember which WWE show, though.

the crowd was fantastic. Kind of staggering just how much better they were than the mania crowd.

doesn't ring a bell, but i'll think about it.

Almost didn't watch last night, I'm glad I did.

Best show since post-WM Raw last year. Before that it was probably the Raw when Punk came back from his suspension.

Wait, I remember now. It was Colin Delaney. That's who it was.

I have no idea who that is.

Okay, so the rock is actually injured, and did inform officials before leaving:

The best part of the match, for me, was when Cena was about to do the people's elbow, and he actually showed that he'd learned from last year and faked out the Rock.

One thing I noticed is that there was no "omg holy shit" moment. All great PPVs have something that you can tell your friends about. WM29, not so much.

* nothing special about Rock-Cena II... the only thing that changed is the winner, and it's for the WWE Championship... and no matter how Rock trash-talked Cena, he did pass the torch...

It seemed the most two predictable matches was ofcourse Taker vs Punk and Rock vs Cena(and Jericho-Fandango) I really did not want Rock-Cena 2. When The Rock won the championship from Punk, and when Cena won the Rumble, I knew that The Rocks time was indeed up. It felt like what someone said, Rock was in a sense holding the belt for SuperCena.

* no one on the planet wants a Rock-Cena II... the feud should've ended last Wrestlemania 28 when the Rock beat Cena --- period...

It also felt like the belt was redesigned for Cena as well. Sh!t even Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles could see this clearly.

* something WWE did wisely is that they made the Rock unveil the belt's new design... they used him to make the belt's new design more classy and respectable...

* and now that Cena started his reign, he re-customized the Rock's Brahma Bull sideplates with his own merchandise... and i actually laughed my a$s off when someone commented that it looked like a toy again... 😂 now we're back to square one...

As for The Rock yes he is not there full time, and he may not be the in ring performer he use to be, but GDAMMIT no one can deny the fact The Rock did help the buyrates and intrest in ppv's upon his return. I just hate the fact that he was used as the guy to hand over the belt to Cena.

* at this point, i think it was obvious that the Rock helped WWE and not the other way around...

* Cena is already overrated in the WWE with or without the Rock's presence... Rock doesn't need to lose to Cena for Cena to be "tagged" as one of the best... and we have to give credit to Cena that when most of the top dogs of the company were absent, he is there as the face of the WWE...

* so having the Rock lose to Cena doesn't help Cena at all... it just makes the people hate Cena more...

As for John Cena...don't get me started. People complain about Triple H's title reighns, but Supercena is just about there in number of title reighns. Triple H I believe is 13 and Cena 11 if I am correct. If you go all over to wrestling sites, yeah people want for him to turn heel, but like we all know it will never happen.

Vince is scared to death he will lose all of those women, teenage girls and kids if MY GOD Cena should go to the "badside" and Cena's merchadise sales will go KERPLOP. Bottom line is we are going to see a STALE A$$ superman repetitive title run....same ol shyt.

* with Superman being my favorite childhood superhero, Cena's making big ol' blue a bad name... 😂

* Cena said that turning heel is not worth it... true, because all children will hate him... but he's not getting any younger, folks, so give him some five to ten years and maybe he'll have some guts to turn heel like Hogan...

If Hulk Hogan - one of the biggest faces of all times, arguably THE biggest - could turn heel, then there's no reason why Cena couldn't.

* he can, he just doesn't want to...

The only real problem is who's going to be the big babyface to stand up to him?

* now that's the problem... because WWE is always focused on Cena, if he turned heel, who will be the top face? stupid WWE Creative Team created their own nightmare...

* for me, they can make Punk as the top face, an anti-hero persona like Stone Cold...

Raw was excellent, one of the best I've seen in a while. Titles changing hands, and that was some heel turn.

* mostly because of the crowd... ever noticed they're mostly adults? 😂 that's why they're great... loved the Sheamus-Orton match, the crowd basically ignored them and chanted JBL's name, Michael Cole, Randy Savage, Jerry Lawler and even resorted to a wave... that's a big put down for Sheamus and Orton... the crowd even thanked the Big Show for kicking the crap out of those two...

* the crowd even sang Fandango's theme... the crowd might have not enjoyed most/some of the matches but they've definitely enjoyed their stay... a hyped and lively crowd because of the chants... while the hyped and lively crowd in the Attitude Era are mostly on cheers, boos and handclaps... loved both of them eitherway...

I really don't see how. The Rock won last year, why not let Cena win this year? I think it's a win for everybody here.

I'll be honest: Fandango's theme was in my head before raw due to how catchy it is, but now it's worse.

The gimmick is so stupid and ridiculous.

I love it.

👆

Anyone see the video from after Raw where Cena is talking to the crowd about it?

* yup, Cena basically thanked the crowd for being awesome... 🙂

* because Cena's in-ring gimmick is stale... i really want a heel turn, but if he won't, it's hopeless... i'm expecting a same old sh!t Cena from 2006 up to this day...

Though there is a Wrestling discussion thread with well over 1000 posts.. couldn't those things be discussed there ?

TBH, Cena really does need something new. It's getting to the point where he's stopping in the middle of promos because the boos are so loud. Yet WWE keeps forcing him on us because of the kids/women.

I'm done w/WWE until Cena turns heel or Punk/Bryan/Zigs beats him clean for the belt.

HHH wants to be respected like Flair & loved like HBK. Neither will ever happen because HHH still puts himself over at the expense of the product. Brock being 1-2 since his return is stupid, even moreso when you consider he's only losing to people who don't need the win.

Hope they don't find a way to **** up Zigs title reign.

Miz should retire. Barrett too

They need to stop jobbing out Cesaro. They need to make the U.S. & IC belts mean something again.

I thought HHH was fine against Lesnar, and I like Miz, but maybe that's just me.

😂..good luck with Punk/Bryan/Zigs defeating Cena clean mane.

I actually saw on alot of wrestling sites, that Triple H's match with Lesnar was actually better than Rock vs Cena 2. At least fans seem to respect Hunter's win over Lesnar than Cena's win over Lesnar at Extreme Rules....that was B.S. Fans hated Cena so bad after the match, the shock look on his face was priceless 😂

Ohh so this is the WWE thread? finally i can talk my most greatest language in the forum 🙂

😂

Raw's been good so far. Great match between Kingston and Cesaro.
