lifting and guiding are nowhere near the same thing.
she was at best cushioning the ship with wind, dampening its momentum in much the same way as a car's "crumplezone" would dampen the impact of a collision. by itself it would not hold that much weight, but it would help in reducing the overall momentum as well as providing enough resistance to direct the energies a little.
that feat's of no significance to this conflict (even though it is not much of a feat and a large fire hose could similarly affect the momentum of a vehicle, provided it was hosing it at an angle rather than attempting to brace the whole weight).
and LOL at the "no strain at all". the TEXT clearly says otherwise, she was straining herself, concentrating greatly on the task at hand (to the detriment of some other significant event).
