here's a suggestion... maybe magneto just doesn't consider her enough of a threat... sure she came close to getting the better of him (back in the day), but nowadays i'd be surprised if she even made him notice she was there...

Also, she didn't "get the better of him", he was SECONDS from death.
Again, why don't you take someone like that out??
It just seems he doesn't have the capabilities to me.

Doesn't look like that to me.
Why choose NOT TO, when she can easily kill him. Even ONCE, if someone almost killed me, I would take them out so they don't get a second chance.
I'm begining to think that Magneto is not as fast a thinker OR as powerful as people say he is. 😘

So, even though Storm knew that killing Magneto would save thousands of lives, even though she has proved before that she is capable of killing, she still doesn't kill Magneto. Your logic applies here, also.
