I just need a clarification on Shadowcat:
If MM is using the version of Kitty where she didn't have control of her powers and had to will herself tangible wouldn't that be in fact analogous to Cloak (intangible until he either consumes enough light or wills himself tangible) and therefore be banned due to killibility?
And if not, wouldn't her powers be inoperable per the stipulation on body picks?
It seems like double jeopardy to me.
Or is this another special consideration case?

I'm willing to withdraw the objections, since Goober seems to have ruled on it already. Besides, as I pointed out, that perma-phase state was causing Kitty to undergo molecular deterioration that would have killed her. and if need be, I will provide more scans.

I'm not so sure I agree with that assessment there Goob, we've banned characters previously for similar and in a couple cases identical reasons, but so be it, I guess it's a special circumstance.
Also, if this is the case, wouldn't it cause meshing issues due to the properties of Kitty's perma-phased body and Booster's suit, or is that supposed to be disregarded as well?

And yeah, the phased body underneath the suit thing is one of those things were the details get a little fudged. Just assume that the suit is phased right along with her just like Kitty's clothes.
