Earlier today I had to literally Atlas a 400 pound bigscreen TV up a narrow and twisting flight of stairs and then basically military press the thing over the railway because I was the only strong enough to do it. And I had to do it on a bum knee. Needless to say that took a little while and caused a lot of pain.
Then I had to go to work. Then after work I had to go get my glasses fixed.
I would have loved to post earlier but I couldn't.
