Well, with his new powers he is below the 10 comic appearance levels.

He did contain a nuclear explosion with almost no warning, he did throw Deadpool out of a country, literally .... and then there's this sort of thing:

see, that's what i'm saying -- his new powers have not been seen enough. current version is issing the requisite appearances.

i guess i don't really care, but the unknown nature of the powers (less than the scope) isd what gives me doubts. 😬

Hopefully somethin like that wouldnt be allowed in the tourny, but i can atually name a few chars who can survived an attack like that.. IM, Sages, Sentinel, theres more..

Well Goob did say that if someone can make an amagam out of IM level characters that comes out as a skyfather it would be fine with him so killability limits would seem to be moot.

However I think he said somthing about using most of the rules from Batdudes torney and those probably had some killability limit set.

Yeah, but Sandman's durability/killability is way above Iron Man's.

I'm not sure how Goober is judging IronMan level. It could be in total power or it might be by attribute.

If the latter then you'll have to take it up with him.

I had thought it would be IM level in every categories (Mind/tech, body, powers) but no limit in overall final amalgam chars..
